- Is there an ongoing fee?
- Yes. A monthly maintenance fee of US $250 (US $3,000 annually) covers professional on-site management year-round. Payable upfront annually, by monthly auto-debit, or by credit card.
- Can I buy more than one month?
- Yes. No limit. Each additional month adds another guaranteed month per year. Buy 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or a full 12 months — as many as your family needs.
- Can I pass this to my children?
- Yes. Your lease rights are fully transferable to your heirs, both the legal entitlement and the remaining years on the 25-year term.
